Shipping policy

We aim to deliver your orders swiftly and efficiently. Upon order confirmation, please allow 1-7 business days for processing before your item is dispatched. Once shipped, delivery typically takes between 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location. Orders to New Zealand, Australia and Canada are more subjective to shipping delays as there are strict customs rules, please be patient and bear this in mind when placing your order. You will also receive a tracking number which you can input onto our tracking page to stay up to date with the whereabouts of your order. Please note that remote areas or unforeseen circumstances may slightly extend this timeframe. We strive to keep you informed throughout the process and provide tracking details so you can anticipate the arrival of your much-awaited purchase. Your satisfaction is important, and we work diligently to ensure your order reaches you securely and in a timely manner. Please also note that some of our products will ship separately. This is to ensure a timely delivery on all orders.

 

Additionally, if the recipient is absent from the given address when the delivery is attempted, it will be held at the local post office, we will notify you of this and you must contact the local post office to retrieve your parcel.
